W 2008 roku założyła Sukces Pisany Szminką, pierwszą w Polsce organizację wspierającą przedsiębiorczość kobiet i równość płci. Jako prezeska Fundacji WłączeniPlus oraz inicjatorka Klubu DEI Champions łączy biznes z działaniami na rzecz różnorodności i systemowej zmiany.
Jest pomysłodawczynią kampanii WE DID IT IN POLAND, promującej polską innowacyjność, kreatywność i osiągnięcia. Kampania zdobyła szerokie uznanie podczas polskiej prezydencji w Radzie UE, inspirując do budowania poczucia dumy narodowej i pozytywnego myślenia o Polsce.
Laureatka licznych polskich i międzynarodowych nagród, w tym Women’s Tertiary European Award, uhonorowana miejscem na prestiżowej liście 25 Liderów Polski na kolejne 25 lat, na liście Top 50 twórców LinkedIn 2025.
